While using wolfspeak may make your post sound "pretty" it makes it hard to read and is completely unnecessary. In every quality writing and grammar book, you will always see it mentioned that simpler is better. Wolfspeak is not simple; "head" is simple, "dial" isn't
Wolfspeak is a silly form of writing that replaces good words with different ones that don't make sense. The following list is shows the more common "wolfspeak" terms, their dictionary meanings, and what they can be replaced by.
Gender
Male
Brute: "An animal; a beast." Any animal, be it male or female, can be considered a brute. To use the term only for males is incorrect -- females can be just as brutish as a male.
Buck: A male deer. This one isn't so common, but it is around. Dogs and deer are not related, so don't confuse the two, please.
Other words that can be used to describe a male dog: dog, male, cur (note that a cur can be any stray or mixed dog), stud and sire (used for a breeding male and father, respectively)
Female
Fem: A file extension. A misspelling of the word "femme", an abbreviation of "female" or "feminine". Your female dog is not a file extension, nor is she an abbreviation.
Femme: "slang. Exhibiting stereotypical or exaggerated feminine traits." or "Informal. A woman or girl." Use this one *sparingly.* Like salt, if used too much it can easily overpower the post.
Femora: "A plural of femur." Female dogs are definitely not leg bones, don't you agree?
Fae: Another term for a "fairy." Fairies are not allowed at Death Calls, unless you want me to delete your character because you violated the rules.
Other apppropriate terms for a female dog: female, femme, she-dog, bitch
Body Parts
Head
Dial: "A dial refers, in older telephones, to a rotating disk with 10 numbered finger holes - a rotary dial.” Dogs don't have rotary dials (not even sun dials, for that matter) for heads, so don't say that they do.
Other words for 'mouth': jaw, maw
Other words for 'teeth': fangs, canines
Eyes
Optics: "The branch of physics that deals with light and vision, chiefly the generation, propagation, and detection of electromagnetic radiation having wavelengths greater than x-rays and shorter than microwaves."
Orb: "A sphere or spherical object." A medical term for the eye, but we aren't doctors so we won't write as such. Eyes are not completely spherical, either...
Pool: "A small body of still water." These are very popular in the summer time.
Ear
Auds: Plural abbreviation for Australian dollars.
Radar: "A radio detection device that provides information on range, azimuth, and/or elevation of objects." Since when have dogs ever had radar?
Nose
Nares: Another medical term for nostrils. Again, I don't see any doctors here....
Body
Bodice: "The fitted part of a dress that extends from the waist to the shoulder." Also known as a corset. I make corsets for costumes and I can tell you now that dogs do not have bodices, nor do they wear them.
Legs and Claws
Pillars and Columns: "A supporting pillar consisting of a base, a cylindrical shaft, and a capital." Since when did dogs have architectural supports for legs?
Talons: A bird of prey has talons. Dogs definitely don't.
Tail
Banner: "The flag of a nation, state, or army." Dogs don't have flags for tails.
In conclusion, the common wolfspeak words can readily be used in an RP as metaphors and similes. Such as:
"She waved her banner-like tail"
or
"His legs were like heavy pillars." These are entirely acceptable.

What Fenrir has to say on the matter:
Commonus Wolfspeakerus
It had lanterns for eyes; daggers for feet. It had a banner for a tail, pillars for legs; hooks in place of teeth, radars instead of ears. It had a mug, not a face, a cranium for a head, a boa as its neck...
It was the wolfspeak monster, kids. It hid in packs of wolves, in herds of horses, and worse, nobody seemed to notice. Blinded by its beautiful voice, it was slowly turning everybody into wolfspeak monsters.
It was a dreadful monster; the invention of a wizard on crack. And it all began when a spirit possessed a carcass or a bodice... the other parts materializing from thin air.
It was the wolfspeak monster...
